  4. Included in this archive are 2 files to assist you with carrying out
  5. translations of Scion and ScionPrefs into the language of your choice:
  6.  
  7.     Scion5.cd ----------+
  8.     template.ct --------+---- The "language" files for Scion
  9.  
  10. If you would like to translate Scion into new languages, please contact me
  11. at "rakins@bclnz.co.nz" or by post to Robbie Akins, 5 Austin Street,
  12. Wellington 6001, NEW ZEALAND.

  14. TIPS:
  15. ====
  16. (1) Read the notes in the ".ct" file.
  17. (2) Translate Scion (template.ct).
  18. (3) Use "CatComp" (from Commodore) to compile the .catalog files. Most
  19.     of the "public domain" equivalents I have come across have bugs, and
  20.     do NOT do the compilations correctly. (They seem to miss out large
  21.     sections!) Contact me if you have trouble sourcing "CatComp"; I can
  22.     point you in the right direction.
  23. (4) The resulting catalog file must be named 'scion5.catalog'.
  24. (5) Do NOT modify "Scion5.cd"!!!! This is my "master" file.

  26. P.S. Volunteers to translate the "Scion.guide" on-line help file would
  27.      be VERY welcome too!
